Your physical therapist or occupational therapist will discuss your condition, limitations, and how the injury occurred. They'll perform an examination which might include measurements, tests of strength, and palpation. Your therapist will explain your treatment plan and assign specific exercises.

Our 30-minute virtual therapy sessions offer convenient care from the comfort of your home. During each visit, your licensed therapist will guide you through personalized exercises, movement training, and education tailored to your goals. Virtual sessions are ideal for follow-up care, exercise progression, injury prevention, and continued support—while keeping you connected and progressing safely.

Physical therapist will evaluate your condition to determine the specific muscles causing your pain or limitation and use dry needling to lessen pain.
