Pediatric Physical Therapy
Our facilities and specialized teams are designed to make pediatric physical therapy and pediatric occupational therapy a fun and motivating experience so your child can heal faster.

As a parent, you want to see your child happy and active. When an injury or condition holds them back, it can be tough on everyone. At Optimal Therapy, we specialize in pediatric physical therapy and pediatric occupational therapy designed just for kids, from newborns to age 18. We believe therapy should be more than just exercises; it should be an encouraging and fun experience.
Our therapists are experts in treating young patients. We take the time to build a rapport with your child, creating a fun, motivating environment where they can heal and learn. Our goal is to help your child get back to their favorite activities as quickly and safely as possible—whether that’s playing sports like gymnastics, basketball, or soccer, participating in school, or simply carrying a backpack without pain. We don’t just treat the injury; we empower your child by teaching them how to prevent future problems.
Our therapists are experts in child development and use this knowledge to create a customized physical therapy plan and/or occupational therapy plan for your child. We focus on a team-oriented approach, working with both you and your child to ensure their specific goals are met.
We provide expert care for a wide range of pediatric conditions, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorders
Cerebral Palsy
Scoliosis
Spondylolysis
Torticollis
Pediatric Fractures
Sever’s Disease
Osgood-Schlatter’s Disease
Patellar Tendonitis
Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

Your first appointment is all about understanding your child’s unique needs. You and your child will meet with a licensed pediatric physical or occupational therapist. We will ask about their health history, daily activities, and specific concerns you both have.
Your therapist will then perform a detailed evaluation to identify any physical or developmental imbalances. Using this information, we will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan and at-home exercises designed to help your child thrive at home, at school, and in their community. Our ultimate goal is to not only heal the current issue but also to teach your child how to prevent future problems, setting them up for a lifetime of healthy movement.
If you want to skip the wait, you can reach our scheduling team Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm.
